The EcoPay system achknowledges how precions time is to you. You don't have to sort through your snail mail looking for a bill. Write a check and we will send or deliver it to Tribcsp. It's taken care of automatically. You still receive an itemized bill each month, set to the email of your choice to keep for your records.
Why should I use EcoPay?
EcoPay Is designed to save you time and troulbe. It saves us time and trouble also. We can keep the cost of your internet service as low as possible and concentrate on improvements in speed and features instead of stuffing evelops and licking stamps.
EcoPay Saves real resources. There is a lot of energy and waste in creating the paper and transporting it to your house. Most of it will end up in a landfill somewhere here in Wyoming. It might look like a little thing but it's a huge stack of paper when it leaves here.
EcoPay saves you money. Tribcsp has special offers that Ecopay customers get for free. TurboTrib web accelerator for dialup and dsl service is free to EcoPay customers.
Coming Soon Ecopay customers have access to the Tribcsp account control webpages to be able to monitor their account status, lookup current and past invoices and be able to change their password.
How does the EcoPay process work?
On the first of each month the billing system will prepare your bill and send it to the email account of your choice.
On the tenth of each month the system will apply the billed charges to your Credit or Debit card or if you prefer, use electronic funds transfer to charge your checking account.
You don't have to do anything after it is setup, you are free to use your internet account when and how you wish without the hassle of another bill to pay each month.
What if there is a question about the billed amount?
At Tribcsp we work very hard to make sure all billings are accurate but like everyone, we do make an occasional mistake. We will quickly and cheerfully refund your money by reversing the transaction if we have an error. We have designed the EcoPay system so that every user has ten days to review and respond to any billing before it happens, so that you can be confident that billings are correct and proper.
How do i sign up for EcoPay?
Please call 233-8333 in Casper or 1-877-544-8333 statewide and ask the account specialist to sign you up for EcoPay. It only takes a few seconds and you will begin saving time and money at the next billing. We will never call you and ask for EcoPay account information.
